This woman is crazy: She follows a policeman to claim a fine against him

A woman follows a police car after a policeman gives her a ticket. She follows him to the station. When she gets there, she shouts at another officer. She demands that the officer who fined her be fined too, because he didn't use his blinker when he left. It's not the first time she's done this: she's already been convicted for this kind of behavior. The video doesn't show what happened next, but she ended up handcuffed.
