On April 4, near the Ohio-Pennsylvania border, a 30-year-old Deshawn Leeth crashes his car on the side of the highway. An Ohio police officer arrives. After 20 seconds, Leeth runs away, then back to the police car. The Taser doesn't work, and a fight breaks out. Leeth gets the upper hand, knocks the policeman to the ground and unhooks his body camera. People try to calm the scene. He steals the policeman's car, then crashes in North Sewickley. He resists arrest. The police kill him.
