Child used to steal parcel from porch

A package thief was filmed in Woodland Hills, near Los Angeles. He stops his car on a street corner, then opens the rear door. A child gets out, runs to the house and picks up a large parcel lying in front of the gate. He then runs back to the car. The whole thing seems well coordinated. It's not clear if it's his child, but it looks like it. It's quick, organized, and doesn't look like a first shot. The scene was captured by a surveillance camera.
