Bolt driver takes off like GTA in Azerbaijan

A driver drove at full speed into a concrete barrier on Alasgar Gayibov Street in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. He was driving a Chinese BYD, apparently used as a Bolt cab. The impact propelled the car onto the main road. Problem: the driver was wearing an electronic bracelet for fraud, and the vehicle wasn't even in his name.
