A moron runs over a policeman with his quad bike

AnATV driver crashed into a Kansas City police officer while the latter was trying to put down tire-slashing spikes. The incident occurred on Saturday evening, in the middle of the street. Instead of stopping, the driver dragged the policeman for a short distance before doing a wheelie right on top of him. The officer was taken to hospital with a serious head injury. No arrests have been announced at this time.
