MS-13 woman arrested with force

ICE agents smashed a car window to arrest a woman illegally in the U.S. with links to the MS-13 gang. Elsy Noemi Berrios, 51, was arrested on March 31. Her 18-year-old daughter filmed the scene from the passenger seat. Berrios, a Salvadoran national, entered the USA illegally in January 2017 via Texas. She was released a few weeks later under an alternative detention program. She is now being held in Pennsylvania.
