Deadly collapse in a Dominican nightclub

At the Jet Set nightclub in the Dominican Republic, the roof collapsed. According to General Juan Manuel Mendez, director of the emergency operations center, at least 98 people are dead. A further 160 were injured. No further information on the cause at present. All we know is that it happened in the nightclub and that the collapse was fatal. The emergency services intervened, but the toll was high. It's one of the most serious events ever recorded in this type of venue.
