Cyclist deliberately killed by three youths in stolen car

Three young people deliberately crashed a stolen car into a cyclist in Albuquerque. The scene, filmed from a phone, shows laughter in the passenger compartment just before the crash. The 13-year-old driver was arrested and charged with murder. The passengers were aged 15 and 11. The youngest was considered too young to be prosecuted, but was taken into custody. The 15-year-old is still wanted. The mayor spoke of runaway children, school dropouts. The older two are also charged with conspiracy and illegal possession of a weapon.
