Man lynched after murder of 2-year-old in Brazil

Arthur Ramos, aged 2, died on Sunday after being taken to hospital with injuries to his body. His mother, Geovana Ramos, had entrusted him to a couple of friends, Giselda da Silva Andrade and Antônio Lopes, who were arrested as suspects. On arriving at the police station on Tuesday evening, Antônio was lynched by a crowd. Geovana declared on social networks that she receives threats. Arthur's father died two years ago. The police claim that Geovana was not involved in the crime.
