Police officers attacked during a stop near the Eiffel Tower

While questioning a street vendor, police officers were attacked by dozens of other vendors. The incident took place near the Eiffel Tower. At the sight of the police, the vendors withdrew their equipment, but the situation degenerated. A video shows projectiles being thrown at the police and their vehicle.
