Prisoner films his escape and that of other prisoners

Brooklyn inmate William Banks, 28, escaped from a Connecticut prison and filmed the whole scene. He discovered a hole in the fence a few days earlier and organized his plan. He arranged to meet other inmates at the library before escaping with them. The video of the escape quickly circulated on social networks. Ironically, he had only about five months left to serve on an eight-month sentence for stealing five Israeli flags in December 2023.
