Store owner forces thieves to drink all stolen alcohol

In South Africa, a liquor store owner caught a group of thieves with stolen bottles. Rather than call the police, he gave them a choice: immediately drink all the alcohol worth 900 South African rand (47  dollars) or face "umphakathi", a term that evokes mob justice. Faced with this threat, the thieves preferred to swallow the entire stock on the spot. A video that has gone viral shows the scene, where they chain together drinks to avoid harsher punishment.
