Nothing could be more chaotic than this arrest!

In Kitchener, Canada, a police officer on patrol spotted a banned driver using a license plate recognition system. The man tried to flee, running a red light before being hit by another vehicle. He then got out to confront the officer, who unsuccessfully used a Taser. The suspect returned to his car, grabbed an axe and threatened the officer before being arrested. Three people in the other vehicle were injured, but not seriously. The 27-year-old was charged with several counts.
