Police officer disguised as Grinch arrests drug traffickers in Peru

In Lima, Peru, a plainclothes policeman disguised as the Grinch arrested members of an alleged drug-trafficking gang. This Dr. Suess character forced open a door with a jackhammer before making the arrests, then locating the drugs. The operation, in which officers dress up to make arrests on Halloween and Christmas, is described as a tradition. Three drug dealers are now in custody.
