Insurance fraud foiled thanks to on-board camera

A swindler who tried to stage a car accident in Nanjing, Jiangsu province, China, was caught red-handed by an onboard camera. It would appear that the individual fled the scene when the driver pointed out the presence of the camera. The increasingly widespread use of these devices seems to be making it more and more difficult to carry out this type of scam.
