Chaotic arrest of a naked man in England

Puhi Clark, 23, was tased twice by police after a hectic night in Perth's bustling Northbridge district. Naked, wearing only socks, he allegedly tried to get into an Uber in the presence of the driver. Stunned witnesses filmed the scene, where Clark, surrounded by police officers, struggled before being subdued. Accused of assaulting a policewoman, he also hit a passer-by and attempted to flee with a handcuff still attached. Arrested, he appeared in court, where charges included obstruction and attempted robbery. Clark was granted bail.
