Scooterist caught in insurance fraud

A motorcyclist has been caught red-handed running a scam called "crash for cash" in London. The video, shared by police, shows the man waiting behind a van, then racing towards a car. Before impact, he carefully places his scooter on the ground and simulates a fall. The worried driver of the car stops to check on his condition, while a passer-by also steps in to help.
