A skull is discovered downstairs

A strange discovery in a park! During maintenance work, a municipal employee found a skull in a small park in the Rotterdam-Alexander district. The authorities immediately secured the area and launched an investigation. Experts from the NFI (Netherlands Forensic Institute) are in charge of determining whether the skull is really a human skull or just a Halloween accessory.
