An experienced skydiving instructor, José Lima, was killed during a speed flight from Pedra Bonita in Rio de Janeiro. The images show the 49-year-old former military man checking his equipment surrounded by other people before taking off. No sooner had he started running than he lost his balance and fell into the void. A worried woman can be heard murmuring "I'm worried" in the background. Lima, apparently alone and without using the official ramp, had chosen a risky and prohibited starting point. Authorities recovered his body and equipment after several hours, and the incident is currently under investigation.
