An illegal Halloween event in California turned into a nightmare when a driver plowed into a crowd, injuring several people. The scene, captured on video, shows the moment the vehicle violently collided with a group of spectators at a "street takeover", an underground event where drivers perform dangerous tricks. After a controlled skid, the vehicle suddenly swerved and hit several people, knocking some over and crushing others under its wheels.
