Two former University of Washington soccer players charged with assault after street altercation

Two young players from the University of Washington, Tylin "Tybo" Rogers and Diesel Gordon, are involved in a violent assault on a cyclist, Camden Malone, after an altercation in the middle of the street. The incident, filmed by surveillance cameras, shows the two players punching Malone, throwing him to the ground and damaging his bike. What caused the incident? A simple gesture of annoyance from Malone towards the players, whom he accuses of having tried to intimidate him in the car. After their attack, the two men left the scene by car, but were finally arrested in April. Rogers, already facing charges of sexual violence, remains suspended from the team, and the university is reviewing his case.
