A 26-year-old man rescued a child who was precariously balanced on the third-floor window of a Singapore apartment. While the mother slept soundly, the young man, a Myanmarese migrant, climbed up and grabbed the child. Bystanders advised him to climb inside to get down safely, but, fearing a breach of local laws, he preferred to scale the facade!
