Ukrainian military recruiters have launched targeted raids in Kiev, arresting men whose documents are not in order and forcibly conscripting them into the army. Videos show men being dragged away from concerts and bars by police officers. Men aged 25 to 60 are eligible for military service, and those aged 18 to 60 cannot leave the country. Faced with a shortage of soldiers, the mobilization age was lowered from 27 to 25 in April.
