A teenager was taken to hospital after being assaulted at a petrol station in Applegreen, north of Dublin. Video footage shows a masked, hooded man rush in and strike the teenager over the head with a hurling butt. The victim immediately collapsed to the ground before receiving a second blow. The young man was taken to Beaumont hospital, where he received medical treatment. Fortunately, his injuries were not life-threatening.
