A man is actively sought by Brooklyn police for following and strangling a woman in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. The suspect entered the same building as the victim before strangling her. He then ordered her to be quiet. The scene took place on Thursday. The 25-year-old victim managed to frighten the man away with her screams. Although physically exhausted, she refused medical assistance.
