An employee of Chick-fil-A (fast-food chain) in Gwinnett County managed to fend off an armed robber who had violently driven through the service window. Kevin Blair, inventory manager for Chick-fil-A, attributes his survival to his self-defense training. Police arrested the 53-year-old suspect after Blair managed to unmask him during the confrontation. The incident, which lasted around three minutes, occurred on July 1 when Blair was held at gunpoint and had to fight to keep control of the situation. Despite the magnitude of the incident, Blair says he is ready to return to work, thanking his job for the support he received.
