An explosion occurred at a metal fabrication plant in Karatay, when Hakan Filiz, a worker, mixed paint in a tank. The mixture caused an explosion that sent him flying through the air, and his clothes burst into flames. Fortunately, his colleagues quickly intervened to extinguish the fire. Filiz, who suffered burns to various parts of his body, was taken to hospital in the city of Konya. Despite the accident, he is in good health.
