School volunteer caught filming under customer's skirt at Target

Thomas Elliott, a 21-year-old elementary school volunteer in North Carolina, was caught filming under a customer's skirt at a Target store. He was arrested on the spot in Greenville on Monday afternoon. Elliott was seen ducking down next to a woman in a skirt, placing his cell phone on the ground to film under her black outfit. Another customer, suspecting he was following the woman, began filming him. The video, posted on social networks, led to his arrest. Elliott denies the facts, but has been charged and his bail set at $5,000. The school where he volunteered said he was unlikely to return.
