Battle for territory between prostitutes and transsexuals in Bangkok

A massive altercation broke out between Filipino transsexual prostitutes and Thai ladyboys in Bangkok, following a territorial dispute in the red light district. The brawl, involving over 100 sex workers, started when local prostitutes confronted a group accused of stealing clients from them. The situation degenerated into violent clashes, with physical assaults and clothing being torn off. The police, dispatched to the scene, had to intervene to restore order. Several people were arrested for illegal work.
