A group of youths assaults a passer-by to rob him (Warning - shocking)

In Cincinnati, a brutal assault was perpetrated by a group of youths, resulting in the arrest of two individuals, 18-year-old Jadin Shaw and a 14-year-old teenager. These individuals are charged with theft following this incident. Despite the seriousness of the incident, they were released shortly after their arrest.
