In a surprising incident in New York City, Sergeant Erik Duran of the Bronx Narcotics Division has been charged with manslaughter. During an undercover operation, Duran threw a cooler at 30-year-old Eric Duprey, who was attempting to flee after selling drugs to Duran. The cooler threw Duprey against a parked car, causing his death. NYPD officers support Duran, seen in Bronx court. His bail was set at $150,000.
