Police officer shoots suspect who continues to escape despite being tasered (Warning - shocking)

On December 30, 2023 in Killingly, Connecticut, an intense confrontation took place between police and a wanted individual. Officer Joseph Godbout spotted robbery suspect Ruben Muller at a gas station. When he attempted to apprehend him, Muller fled to a nearby Taco Bell. After a failed arrest attempt with a Taser, Muller continued his escape. Finally, when he attempted to draw a concealed weapon, Officer Godbout was forced to fire, wounding Muller in the chest. Muller survived his wounds.
