Bully XL escapes home and attacks puppy (Warning - shocking)

In a residential neighborhood, Josh Hymas and his puppy Ralph were attacked by a Bully XL. Ralph jumped a six-foot fence to escape from his home. The attack was so violent that Josh thought Ralph was dead. He lay down on top of Ralph to protect him, fearing that the aggressive dog would bite him next. Neighbors tried to intervene, even throwing a metal brazier at the Bully XL, but to little effect. Josh suffered cuts and bruises, but considers himself lucky that the outcome was not more serious. Ralph survived and is receiving treatment to recover from the attack.
