34-year-old man hits 80-year-old man for no reason

A 34-year-old man, Joseph Albert McFadden, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault on an elderly person after being filmed violently punching a customer aged over 80 twice in the face at a Walmart in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. The attack, which occurred at around 10 a.m. on October 11, was recorded by surveillance cameras. The unidentified victim suffered cuts and was hospitalized. The assailant, who stole nothing and did not know his victim, was arrested more than a month after the incident at another Walmart in the county. McFadden is currently being held on $10,000 bail.
