A Russian soldier films his comrades partying in the trenches and then films the scene a month later, when his friends are all dead

A Russian soldier has shared a disturbing video capturing two distinct moments on the frontline near Bakhmut. In the first video, posted on September 12, we see Russian servicemen laughing and dancing, the atmosphere light and festive. However, a second video dated October 19 shows an entirely different reality: the soldier films the bodies of his comrades lying in trenches destroyed by enemy fire. "Hello, the guys are lying there... it's totally ruined," he says sadly. Bakhmut has been the scene of fierce fighting, with continuous clashes between Russian and Ukrainian forces.
