He pretended to shoot at the police and tried to bite the officers during his arrest

Steven Trevor Nelson, 35, pretended to want to shoot a policeman in broad daylight near the M1 freeway (England). The officer, believing it to be a genuine threat, called for back-up. Nelson, of no fixed abode, continued to provoke officers after his arrest, trying to bite them. South Yorkshire Police mention that the initial officer wanted to help Nelson, thinking he was in distress. Nelson was sentenced to 14 months in prison and fined €200 for possessing an imitation weapon and assaulting a police officer.
