They trick kids into stealing Halloween decorations

In Washington DC, a surprising video shows children stealing Halloween decorations under the supervision of two adults. Captured by a Ring doorbell camera at around 8.30pm on October 12, three children, apparently directed by an adult, climb onto the porch of a house in the Hillcrest neighborhood. They first check out the window before grabbing two baskets full of decorations. Meanwhile, a second adult stands guard outside. The owner, named Shelly, expresses her disgust at the incident, suspecting the adults to be the children's parents. She hopes the adults will realize their mistake and change for the sake of their children.
