Italian police bludgeon aggressive demonstrators

During a recent demonstration in Turin, hundreds of demonstrators clashed with police following a visit by the Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, who had come to attend the Festival delle Regioni. The meeting ended in tension near the Carignano theater. Individuals attempted to break through the police cordon while throwing eggs and spitting at the police.
