Rascal on motorcycle smashes windshield of motorist with child on board

In Philadelphia, a terrifying scene unfolded when a motorcyclist jumped onto a car to smash its rear window, with a child on board. Inside the car were a mother and child, both terrified by the situation. When the mother got out to confront the biker, the latter, who was armed (his pistol can be seen falling to the ground), hit her violently with his helmet.
