As she pushed her daughter into a stroller and walked with her dog, an out-of-control Staffordshire bull terrier abruptly approached them. The video shows the dog attacking the woman's dog, who is desperately trying to protect her daughter, screaming for help. Both suffered superficial injuries. Following the incident, the dog was seized and returned to its owner with instructions to follow
