In Las Vegas, a shocking incident occurred between police and a woman named Sandra Lopez-Ochoa. Sandra, 25, had found herself in police custody after strangling her brother. While handcuffed, she asked officer Rudy Sacba to remove her hand from his gun. Within seconds, she pulled out a knife and stabbed another officer in the head. In response, Sacba fired five bullets, ending Sandra's life. While the wounded officer has since been released from hospital and is expected to return to duty shortly, Sacba is currently on administrative leave pending investigations
