Conflict in Manor Park: a driver attacks a traffic warden

In a surreal scene in Manor Park, east London, an irate driver attacked a traffic warden with a wooden stick in broad daylight. The confrontation began when the officer was taking photos of the driver's vehicle. Out of anger, the driver, wearing a safety vest, grabbed the pole and assaulted the officer. The confrontation grew in intensity until a third man intervened to separate them. The agent suffered a fractured finger and the driver was arrested. However, the case was resolved through a community resolution, where the driver compensated the officer for his damaged headphones
