Man steals wallet from unconscious 86-year-old woman

A tragic event occurred on August 8 at around 2:40 pm in the Adams-Normandie neighborhood of South Los Angeles. An 86-year-old woman was brutally knocked to the ground by a man. While she was unconscious, another passer-by took the opportunity to steal her wallet. Witnesses tried to intervene, but to no avail. Surveillance cameras on the Metro bus captured the scene. The initial assailant was arrested by the police. However, the robber, wearing a New York Yankees jacket and appearing to be between 40 and 50 years old, is still at large. The victim, hospitalized in critical condition, survived but remembers nothing following a head injury. The police are asking for the public's help in finding the culprit
