A large group of youths attacked and looted a 7-Eleven grocery store in Chicago's South Loop neighborhood on Sunday evening. It wasn't the first time these youngsters had targeted the area. Police arrested 40 people, mostly teenagers, after the group rampaged through stores and streets near Roosevelt Road and Canal Street. Disorder was still visible Monday afternoon around the 7-Eleven, including a fire extinguisher that had been set off near the gas tanks at the adjacent gas station.
