Despite a determined security guard, this thief still tries to leave without paying! (And gets arrested)

At a Target store in Harlem, New York, a man was filmed trying to leave the premises without paying in full for his items at self-checkout. An officer tried to stop him before he could get through the door, but the man still managed to get out. He was caught and arrested shortly afterwards, not far from the store.
