In a quiet Australian suburb, a pickpocketing incident was captured on dashcam video. In April, a young man on a blue motocross bike, wearing casual clothes and a scarf masking his face, appeared in the camera's field of vision. Quickly, he hit the window of a parked car, smashed it and grabbed a brown handbag through the opening. Quickly rummaging through the bag, he then fled the scene in less than 30 seconds. Despite the release of the video, the police have yet to locate him.
