South Africa's Deputy President's team trample a man until he loses consciousness

South Africa is in the spotlight because of a brutal video that has gone viral, showing a citizen being trampled by policemen from the Deputy President's protection service, Paul Mashatile. The man is no piñata, but he must surely have forgotten that in the face of the violence of the assault. A group of officers charged with protecting South Africa's Deputy President were filmed pulling a man out of a car, then stamping on his head. There is no indication that the Deputy President was present.
