A hooded gang breaks into the school grounds and robs the minibus of parts

UTC South Durham School was the target of a gang of daring masked thieves who, under cover of Sunday evening, ransacked a minibus to extract spare parts. A student's bicycle was not spared either. Despite police intervention, no suspects have yet been arrested. Tom Dower, the school's principal, despite his frustration, said he was proud of the response of the school's staff to ensure the continuity of high-quality education for students.
