A drunk illegal immigrant is thrown to the ground by a policeman

Omar Ortiz, 23, was arrested by Officer Michael Meraz, after neglecting a few minor details: obeying a red light and stop sign, hitting a car and causing an accident with injuries, all while intoxicated. Faced with this uncooperative individual (allegedly unable to speak English), Meraz had to use a pelvic balancing technique (i.e., swing Ortiz to the ground) to bring the situation under control. Ortiz, suddenly speaking English after pretending not to understand it, is currently wanted for failure to appear in court.
