Filmed in a garden in Porthmadog, the footage reveals the man receiving nine blows to the head. With nearly 500,000 views, the incident is being called "police brutality" by many. Local police chief Amanda Blakeman promises to take the case "very seriously", with the Independent Police Conduct Authority now involved.
